1. 18+ Adult Platform

Only Whales is an adult-content platform. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to access or use the Service. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity on your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current.

3. AI Personas

Many creators on Only Whales are AI-generated personas. Interactions with these personas are produced by automated systems and do not represent real persons. Outputs are generated for entertainment and are not statements of fact.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to:

  • Submit, request or generate sexual content involving minors (zero tolerance).
  • Submit, request or generate non-consensual sexual content, bestiality, or content depicting real, identifiable persons without consent.
  • Harass, threaten, dox or impersonate any person.
  • Resell, scrape, or redistribute paid content outside the Service.
  • Circumvent payment, paywalls, or content gating.

5. Purchases, Subscriptions & Credits

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Pay-per-view unlocks, gifts, and credit packs are one-time purchases and, except where required by law, are non-refundable once delivered.

6. Intellectual Property

All content delivered through the Service is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not redistribute, repost, or use it to train any model.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations of these terms, including any breach of our content rules in Section 4.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Only Whales is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
